This five-foot-long garland is the exact length needed to go all the way around one of our 15"-24" wreaths.  Styrofoam balls are glittered - some solid and some striped - in black and white and extend from the spine on squiggly, glittered wires. It's easy to fill a wreath or garland with this, but it's also fun on its own.
